Polpi is a Chrome extension designed to analyze real estate listings on Zillow and Redfin. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect (none), how we use it (we don't), and your rights.

Polpi performs all analysis locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your data. Period.
How Polpi Works
When you click the Polpi extension on a Zillow or Redfin listing page:
- The extension reads property data from the current page
- All calculations happen entirely within your browser
- Results are displayed to you locally
- Nothing is sent to our servers or any third party
Permissions We Use
Polpi requires the following Chrome permissions to function:
- activeTab: Allows the extension to read property data from the current Zillow or Redfin listing page when you click the extension icon. This permission only activates when you explicitly use the extension.
- storage: Allows the extension to cache property data locally on your device for faster performance. All data stays on your device and is never transmitted.
Third-Party Services
Polpi does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. We do not integrate with any external APIs or services.
Personal Data
We do not collect, process, or store any personal data. We have no servers, no databases, and no way to access your information.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how Polpi handles data, we will update this privacy policy and the effective date. Any changes will be communicated through an extension update.
